At Soleil Braiding Studio, we strive to provide high-quality braiding services and ensure your satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below.
Deposit

Deposits are collected automatically through our online booking system as part of the booking process.

The deposit amount will be applied toward your total service cost.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments if changes are made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation / Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price may apply.
Refunds

We do not offer refunds on completed services.

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns or offer a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.
No Show

Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the service.
Product Purchases

Products purchased from Soleil Braiding Studio are non-refundable unless defective. Please contact us within 7 days if there is an issue.
