Refund Policy

At Soleil Braiding Studio, we strive to provide high-quality braiding services and ensure your satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below.

Deposit 
  • Deposits are collected automatically through our online booking system as part of the booking process.

  • The deposit amount will be applied toward your total service cost.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments if changes are made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price may apply.

Refunds 

  • We do not offer refunds on completed services.

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address your concerns or offer a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.

No Show

  • Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the service.

Product Purchases 
  • Products purchased from Soleil Braiding Studio are non-refundable unless defective. Please contact us within 7 days if there is an issue.
