Welcome to Soleil Braiding Studio. By using our services, booking appointments, or engaging with our business in any way, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
All services require advance scheduling. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm an appointment, which will be applied toward the final service price. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and select digital payment platforms such as Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Please note that payments made by credit or debit card are subject to additional processing fees, which will be added to your total amount due. Full payment is required upon service completion. Failure to pay may result in denial of service or collection actions.
Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or failure to attend without notice (no-shows) will incur a charge of up to 100% of the service cost. Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty; additional changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Clients are expected to arrive with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise agreed upon. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the studio of any scalp or skin conditions that may affect the safety or outcome of the service. Respectful behavior toward staff and other clients is mandatory at all times.
Soleil Braiding Studio is committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and welcoming environment. Children brought to appointments must be supervised by an adult at all times. Clients are asked to limit accompanying guests to one person per appointment. The studio is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought on the premises.
All services and deposits are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we may make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. Due to the nature of braiding and individual hair textures, results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
By visiting Soleil Braiding Studio, you consent to photos and videos being taken for promotional or social media purposes unless you explicitly opt out prior to or during your appointment. Use of Soleil Braiding Studio’s logos, images, or other content without written permission is prohibited.
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for the purpose of service delivery and communication. While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
Clients acknowledge and accept that there are risks associated with hair services, including but not limited to allergic reactions or scalp irritation from products used or the braiding process itself. Soleil Braiding Studio does not guarantee specific results, and all services are provided “as is.” The studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the services provided.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Soleil Braiding Studio operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will first be addressed through informal negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration as appropriate.
Soleil Braiding Studio reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through our website or direct communication.
By using the services of Soleil Braiding Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
