Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours before your appointment, otherwise late cancellations are subject to withholding of the deposit, and a new deposit will be due to reschedule a new appointment. A no call and no show will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee, at which point no service will be rendered for the fees assessed. No exceptions. It is understandable that life happens, please communicate ahead of time if you are unable to make it to your appointment.
