To cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours before your appointment, otherwise late cancellations are subject to withholding of the deposit, and a new deposit will be due to reschedule a new appointment. A no call and no show will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee, at which point no service will be rendered for the fees assessed. No exceptions.
